Three months...just a few days late!

Well our 'little' man is three months old this week!
I can't believe how fast the time has flown by. Since we don't have a 3 month old check up, I don't know his exact stats, but we are pretty sure he is just over 14 lbs now!
Here are some of the new adventures Finley has been up to.
I can lift my head completely off the ground when on my stomach!
I can sit in my bumbo seat even though my head still wobbles around a little bit. I also love to play with and suck on my taggie blanket. I am getting better at holding onto things so anything I can grab goes into my mouth!

I have been to the pool twice this month! I mostly just hang out in the shade and watch all the lovely ladies around me swim.

I had my first emergency trip to the Dr. when I spit up blood. My mom totally freaked out, but everything ended up being ok.

And I am now wearing my 3-6 month old clothes! My mom loves to dress me up and take pictures of me. I have so many clothes right now it will be tough to wear them all before I grow out of them...but I am trying my best to mess them up each day so I can wear multiple outfits.

I have also slept through the night for the first time this month - unfortunately it doesn't happen on a consistant basis yet, but it is a nice surprise for mom every now and then. I am also going for 2.5 - 3 hours between feedings during the day now! Yes!

Stay tuned for pictures from my first family vacation in August!

Ballpark

Take me out to the ball game
Take me out with the crowd.
Buy me some peanuts and cracker jack
I don't care if I never get back
Let me root, root, root for the home team
If they don't win it's a shame.
For it's one, two, three strikes, you're out
At the old ball game.

For the 4th of July we went to see the Greensboro Grasshoppers play ball.

This was Finley's first sporting event and he had a great time. I must say I am a little shocked that his first sporting event was a baseball game and not a soccer game, but I can't control the fact that the soccer season hasn't started back up yet!

David's firm rented out a suite so we were sitting pretty enjoying the game from our sky box.

After a fly ball hit the sky box next to us, we decided it was a better idea to watch the game from behind the glass. We headed out before the game ended, so I don't even know if they won or not, but we still had a great time. Maybe next year Finley will be old enough to stay and watch the fireworks.
